TERMS AND ELIGIBILITY

Terms and eligibility requirements for application of Rumah Selangorku

  • Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above
  • Household income (husband and wife) for the application of Rumah Selangorku type B, C2 and D must range between RM3,001.00 to RM10,000.00 per month
  • Applicant or spouse does not own any type of residential property in Selangor
  • Purchase of residence is strictly to reside in and not for rent
  • Applicant is allowed to choose only 1 unit; either type B, C2 or D during application.
  • Application of transfer of ownership is only allowed after 5 years of Sale and Purchase Agreement with the approval of State Authority.
  • Registered with Selangor Property and Housing Board (LPHS). The validity period is 2 years for each registered application.
